About Bailey Hughes

Bailey was born and raised in the rainy state of Washington. Directly out of high school, Bailey joined the Army and served for four years as a medic. During her service she attended Purdue Global University, graduating magna cum laude from the School of Health Sciences. Following her time in service she found herself working directly for one of the top Orthopedic surgeons in the state of Alaska.

In 2022, Bailey relocated to the Chattahoochee Valley when her husband received orders to Fort Moore. They quickly fell in love with Columbus and decided to plant permanent roots. Intrigued by real estate, Bailey joined Coldwell Banker Kennon, Parker, Duncan & Davis, working with 50+ agents on their marketing. Currently pursuing real estate licenses in Georgia and Alabama, she is driven to learn and succeed under Melissa Thomas' guidance. 

As a proud mother of three, Bailey prioritizes spending quality time playing with her boys and exploring their community as a family. Dedicated to forming meaningful connections, she is passionate about understanding and contributing to the Columbus community.
